Customisation Guide

There are so many ways you can tailor the suites to suit your wedding and design preferences and our intention with the website is to enable you to choose not only your paper but also the printing options and ink colours, please use this guide to assist you in your choices and then navigate to each product and choose from the selection boxes to create your special wedding suite.  If you have any questions at all or need any help throughout this process, please contact us on studio@missmoderncalligraphy.co.uk

SEMI-CUSTOMISED SUITES:

PAPER
You have the choice of either cream 400gsm luxury card or 300gsm Tintoretto Gesso which is an off white slightly textured hammered finish in size A6 (148 x 105 mm) or A5 (210 x 148 mm).

If you are interested in other types of paper such as handmade paper or paper in different colours, please contact us directly where we would be delighted to help you with this.

PRINTING OPTIONS

All the suites are printing using a flat digital print option – you can choose from any of the colours below. The ink stays flat on the paper.

ENVELOPE CHOICES

We have selected a beautiful collection of 130gsm luxury envelopes that come with your as part of your invitation, rsvp and save the date. We can also supply blank envelopes should you require them for any extra elements of your wedding stationery.

EXTRAS

I have a number of beautiful options you can use to enhance your wedding stationery:

VELLUM WRAPS / OVERLAY

A vellum wrap or overlay is a lovely way to enhance your wedding stationery – either in a wrap where all your special cards can be contained or an overlay that can also be wrapped in twine.

WAX SEALS

I have a number of wax seal designs that I can offer you and I can also design and have made for you, your very own personal wax seal. This can be used for envelopes, place cards and is also a beautiful keepsake after your wedding.

CALLIGRAPHY SERVICE

We are delighted to offer a calligraphy service not only for envelopes but also for place cards, personalised menus, special notes and seating charts.  Please refer to the calligraphy service section on our website to see the options available, you can choose from classic or modern calligraphy and a range of ink colours.

HAND DYED RIBBONS

Not only do I hand dye ribbons using plants and natural dyes, I also have a number of preferred suppliers that I use. These ribbons can be used to complete your stationery invitation suite and for vow books, order of services or anything else you may wish to have included.

You can also order an extra ribbon for your own use, for example; your bouquet, bridesmaid’s hair, your dress and even your table decorations. Please contact us directly to enquire about silk ribbons.

TIMESCALES

Depending on your timeframes and also our stock levels we can turn around your order from as little as 1-2 weeks, we can work with you to suit your requirements and if you wish to stagger your order we can also arrange this as well.  Please note, in some cases where special paper will need to be ordered it can take an extra couple of weeks.
