Wedding Stationery FAQs
How do I place an order?
STEP 1
Simple browse the collections and choose all the pieces you would like to have for your wedding stationery. For each printed product you can choose the type of paper you would like, the printing process, the colour of the ink and also the type of the paper you would like (stock permitting). Then navigate to the checkout and click on ‘Place Order’. You will not be expected to pay online but once we receive your order we will contact you to confirm any details and arrange payment either via bank transfer or PayPal. If you are ordering items that require printing we can split the payment into two or three payments depending on your order.
STEP 2
For any printed wedding stationery after we have received your order we will send you a client questionnaire for you to complete with all your wedding information and from this we will create your bespoke digital mock up which will be emailed to you for any revisions and approval. If you have selected other items such as ribbons or wax seals we will confirm your order and arrange delivery. For any calligraphy services we will email an excel spreadsheet template for you to populate with your names and addresses to then email back to us for us to complete your calligraphy.
STEP 3
Once your design is signed off your stationery will be printed and any calligraphy service will be complete and everything will be packed up and despatched to you either via courier or Special Delivery, ready for you to send to your guests.
Please note we don’t offer a postal service of your invitations but we do have an assembly service if you would have chosen envelope liners, wax seals, ribbons or twine embellishments. If you choose not to have the assembly service all the elements will be packed individually and ready for you to assemble.
How much notice do you require to create my wedding stationery?
Please see a breakdown below of services and timescales:
Bespoke Wedding Suite – (invitations, save the date, rsvp cards, envelopes): 1-6 months (this includes sketches, designs and print run)
Semi Custom Wedding Suite – (invitations, save the date, rsvp cards, envelopes): 1-3 months (this includes proofs, designs and print run)
On the Day – (Seating charts, menus, place cards, table number / names, wedding signs): 1-2 months
Place card calligraphy: 2 weeks
Envelope addressing calligraphy: 2-3 weeks depending on amount and calligraphy style
